How the builds are judged.

Useful work should move well, explain itself, and stay easy to maintain after launch.

I care about whether the experience still feels good after the first impression wears off. That means clean information architecture, responsive behavior, and details that do not break under pressure.

The result should feel like it belongs in the same world as the idea behind it.
